No. I want my customers to receive a high quality photo print rather than a simple photo poster.
No. All of my photography prints are shipped unframed. A picture frame should bring out a picture in the best possible way and at the same time fit perfectly into your home. You can find affordable frames in many different designs at IKEA, for example.
US orders are printed by our partner lab in the US. EU orders are printed by our partner lab in Germany.
Shipping costs depend on the destination of the print. For our current shipping costs please have a look at our shipping policy.
All prints are made to order and are normally ready for dispatch within 1 to 5 business days (depending on the production capacity in our partner labs). Shipping times depend on the shipping location. For our current estimated delivery times please see our shipping policy. Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are beyond our control.
All prints are shipped directly from one of my partner photo labs so that you receive your print as fast as possible. All prints are packed in art-secure packaging to make sure your print arrives undamaged. Smaller prints ship flat while larger formats are rolled up and shipped in a tube.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your print is on its way to you.
No. All my pictures are shipped directly from my two partner labs in the US and in Germany - depending on where the print is to be delivered. This means that no customs are due.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders go into production immeadiately and cannot be canceled. Once you receive your order, however, you may return it. For more information please see our cancellation policy.
Yes, once you receive your order you can notify us within 14 days that you would like to return your order. Once you have notified us you have another 14 days to return the items to us. Please understand that we can only issue a refund once we have received the items back. For more information please see our cancellation policy.
While we do our best to make sure that this doesn't happen, we know it may. If your print has been damaged in transport please contact us right away with a photo documenting the damage. We need a photo of the damage as we cannot arrange for a replacement shippment otherwise.
With the pandemic still ongoing, major shipping carriers are still experiencing delays due to an increased volume of packages along with a shortage of personnel. Recently, photo labs have been experiencing problems with their supply chains which affects production times. We keep our estimated delivery times always up to date and do our best to make sure you receive your print as fast as possible. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
